It was indeed a pleasure having you on the program again at our recent Annual Meeting. I was once more impressed with your thoroughness of preparation and overall professionalism. Now that the dust has settled from our meeting, I wanted to thank you for the great job you did as our keynote speaker on strategic planning. As we discussed in planning the session, there would be a variety of reactions to your presentation. I am happily amazed to report that only one person (out of almost 185) responded that they could not "connect" with what you were saying. Most of the meeting evaluations returned to me showed that you were felt to have been the best speaker of any we had over the two and one-half day conference. John Mentis
Our Vision 2000 kickoff meeting turned out to be a tremendous success. I really appreciate the fine job you did in opening our session with the keynote address. The customization of the presentation to our business made it easy for our managers to relate to, and helped to focus them on our objectives. Your presentation had the right balance of content, humor, and challenges to inspire our managers to adopt the planning process and start off enthusiastically down the path towards completing our tactical plans.
